In my previous post I discussed the resolution of the restraining order, which was requested against me by Mr. Sigler. In summary, the court issued a restraining order against me, as well as Mr. Sigler.

Below is a copy of the criminal complaint that was recently filed against Mr. Sigler.
Summary of page 1:
I. REPORTED CRIME:
We believe that the facts underlying our complaint form the type of offence referred to in the following standard:
"Article 381. Whoever exercises a profession, for which a special license or authorization is required, without having obtained it, shall be punished by imprisonment from two to five years."
II. FACTUAL BASIS FOR OUR COMPLAINT:
The alleged facts and circumstances are what we present below:
FIRST: That Mr. DAVID VENABLES, who suffers from diabetes and heart disease, consulted Mr. MICHAEL ORLIN SIGLER, who introduced himself as Doctor of Medicine (MD, abbreviation in English to identify a "Doctor of Medicine" or Doctor en Medicina).

SECOND: That Mr. MICHAEL ORLIN SIGLER, gave to Mr. DAVID VENABLES a business card, in which he presents himself as Michael O. Sigler MD, Executive Director of the company LIVE WELL PHARMACEUTICALS or LIVE WELL PHARMACEUTICALS INC.
On said business card it highlights the fact that Mr. Michael O. Sigler MD, uses the acronyms in English, which mean "Doctor of Medicine" (Doctor en Medicina). Also, on the business card, Mr. Michael O. Sigler is advertised as the Executive Director (Director Ejecutivo) of a company, which according to the Notification of Operation, is dedicated to the "acquisition of/for Wholesale, Retail of/for pharmaceutical products and drug dispensing, and import, storage and sale of material, storage and sale of raw materials for manufacturing of drugs and manufacturing, packaging, labeling and of medicines for an assortment of recipes or custom requirements for hormone replacement therapeutic Pharmaceutical Products, such as injectables, biotechnology, Radioformacos and Parenteral Nutrition ".
This type of company is regulated by Act No. 1 of 2001. Medicines and other Health Products for Human Health and it establishes the mandate that this type of company comply with pharmaceutical licenses, which assume the technical direction of the regency of the company, being legally and morally responsible for the following operations.
In any case, the law points out, the pharmacist's responsibility does not exempt owner of the pharmaceutical establishment of responsibility (see items 87, 88 and 89 of Ia Act No. 1 of 2001, regulated Executive Decree 178 of July 12, 2001).
THIRD: Mr. DAVID VENABLES solicited a medical consultation from Mr. Michael O. Sigler MD, understanding that he was Medical Doctor, based this on the business card of Mr. Michael O. Sigler MD, and a series of emails and communications between them.
FOURTH: Through emails. Mr. Michael O. Sigler MD. absolved medical consultations that he made to Mr. DAVID VENABLES, and also prescribed a number of medications, without the required license for the practice of the medical profession in Panama.

FIFTH: The Cabinet Decrees 196 of 1970, establishes that the exercise of medicine, and related professions, requires that a license is issued for such purposes, being that Mr. Michael O. Sigler, has no such license, as certified by the Surgeon General and Secretary of the Technical Health Council on the document dated October 14, 2013. Nevertheless, Mr. Michael O. Sigler through his business card and communications presents himself as an "MD", acronyms that mean “Doctor of Medicine"(English) or Doctor en Medicina in Spanish.
SIXTH: On the basis of the above, and the documentation relating to acts performed by Mr. Michael O. Sigler, we arrive at the factual assumption of the criminal law we have cited as the basis of our complaint, which warrants an investigation, and the determination of the person affected by the Crime.
III. REQUEST
We respectfully request the undertaking of any steps needed for the confirmation of the alleged offense and determination of the responsible. We request that Mr. Michael O. Sigler, whose general information is unknown, and can be located in Bella Vista, Calle 42, Local 336, Ground Floor, District of Panama, Panama Province, be cited at this location to render the declaration.
IV. REQUEST
For the reasons given above, we respectfully request that the Prosecutor initiate, immediately, the investigation to gather evidence, to verify the existence of the alleged offense, and find the author or participates of the offense, to clarify truth about the facts of alleged offense.
