This post originally contained my response to some remarks that were made by Mr. Sigler's spouse about my fiance, and I. I have received an apology for the remarks that were made, and so I have removed my response to those remarks, from this post, at the request of Mr. Sigler's spouse.

All of the above sites refer to serious toxicities were discovered in pre-clinical studies. The clinical studies regarding GW501516 were published in the Official Journal of the Society of Toxicology, Volume 108, Number 1, in March 2009.
